By placing an order with Silver Unnati, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. No Returns

All jewellery purchased from Silver Unnati is non-returnable. Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

2. No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Size or fitting preference
  • Personal style preference

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Complete unboxing video (without any cuts)
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Order number and contact details

After verification, our team will determine the appropriate resolution.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed, packed, or shipped.
