Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

• We deliver across all major cities and towns in India.
• International shipping is currently not available.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 8–10 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping & Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Remote or non-serviceable locations may require additional delivery time.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹999.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may incur an additional ₹50 handling fee.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking details via email and/or SMS. You can monitor your shipment using the tracking link provided.

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier issues, severe weather conditions, public holidays, festive seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, PIN code, and contact number are accurate and complete. Silver Unnati is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. Damaged Parcels

If your package appears damaged during delivery:

• Refuse the delivery if the package is visibly damaged.
• If accepted, record clear photos and an unboxing video.
• Notify us within 24 hours by emailing support@silverunnati.com.
