1. Shipping Coverage

• We deliver across all major cities and towns in India.

• International shipping is currently not available.

 

2. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 8-10 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

3. Shipping Time

• Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

• Remote locations may require additional time for delivery.

 

4. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.

• For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹50 will apply.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract an additional fee of ₹50

 

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

• You can track your order status using the link provided.

 

6. Delays

• While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control like courier delays, bad weather, festive seasons or any other unforeseen circumstances.

• We request your patience and understanding in such rare cases.

 

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

 

8. Damaged Parcels

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

• If you accept a damaged package, document it with clear photos and notify us within 24 hours.
